For the past ten years I have worked nationally and internationally with NeuroLinguistic Programming and I have trained with NLP founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder in addition to training with Wilf Proudfoot, Steve Andreas, David Shepherd, Michael Carroll and John La Valle - all of them masters of the highly effective strategies of NLP.

My programmes are proven to revolutionise ways of thinking - both personally and professionally, in a one-to-one or workshop environment - because they are designed to change limiting behaviours permanently. Once you have upgraded, you can not go back.

I am lucky enough to work throughout the UK, Europe, Scandinavia and the Gulf States teaching and training all areas of NLP and self development by empowering my clients to unleash the full power of their mind.
